What this website does

The quote tool builds a delivery brief in your browser. The page does not send or store that brief. When you choose Open email request, your own email application handles the message.

This website does not use advertising trackers, create user accounts or ask for payment details.

Information you choose to send

If you email Channel Priority, the message may include contact details, collection and delivery locations, item details and operational instructions. That information is used to assess, quote, deliver and document the requested service, and to meet legal or accounting obligations where applicable.

Minimise sensitive information

  • Do not send payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary personal records.
  • Share door codes, access instructions and recipient details only when needed for a confirmed job.
  • Do not send medical, dangerous-goods or other restricted-content details as a substitute for asking whether the load is accepted.

Delivery evidence

Where agreed for a job, evidence may include times, locations, names or references associated with collection and handover. Photos are captured only when authorised and appropriate. A location trace is not represented as proof of an item’s contents.

Retention and requests

Enquiries that do not become jobs are retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer or resolve them. Booking, delivery and accounting records may need to be retained for operational or legal reasons. To ask about information you have sent, email bookings@channelpriority.co.uk.

The hosting provider may process routine access and security logs needed to operate and protect the website.
