Quotes and bookings

Website prices and travel times are indicative. A job is booked only after Channel Priority confirms the collection and delivery points, cargo, timing, access requirements, price and availability in writing.

Traffic, weather, closures, waiting, tolls, ferries and site restrictions can affect collection and delivery times. Any material change known during the job will be communicated where practical.

Cargo acceptance

The sender must accurately describe the contents, packed dimensions, weight, condition and any special handling requirement. Acceptance depends on the actual motorcycle, luggage, packaging and route available for the job.

• Dangerous goods, medicines, controlled drugs, cash, weapons and leaking or unidentified contents are not accepted.
• Items that exceed the confirmed load plan, cannot be secured safely or are prohibited by law are not accepted.
• Keys and sensitive items are transported point to point only and are not offered as a storage service.

Collection and handover

The sender is responsible for making the item ready, safely packaged and available to the agreed collector. The receiving site must provide a suitable named recipient or agreed handover method. Waiting or a changed destination may alter the price after confirmation.

Evidence

Collection, transit and handover evidence is limited to what is agreed, lawful and safe to capture. Photos are not guaranteed where a site prohibits them. GPS or status data records movement; it does not prove the contents of a sealed package.

Loss, damage and delays

Any declared value, unusual fragility or consequential-risk concern must be raised before booking so the job can be accepted or declined on the correct basis. Booking-specific liability and any applicable cover are confirmed in writing; the website does not promise a level of insurance or compensation by itself.

Channel Priority is not an emergency service and does not guarantee an arrival time that depends on circumstances outside reasonable control.

Cancellations and payment

Cancellation, waiting and payment terms are confirmed with the quote. Costs already incurred after dispatch or arrival at collection may remain payable. No payment is taken through this website.
